Once the onion is browned add the drained mushrooms and stir-fry for a minute with the onion.<\/p>\n<p>Once saut\u00e9ed, add a cup of the soaking water in the same pan and let it reduce for 15 minutes on medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Mash all the ingredients in the pan together with the cashews, adding some soaking water if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Super Tip Raices\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can use any dehydrated mushroom. If you don\u2019t have time to caramelize the onions, you can stir-fry them with mushrooms and garlic.
