{"id":1725,"date":"2019-07-12T19:55:05","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T19:55:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raicesdeibiza.com\/?p=1725"},"modified":"2019-07-12T20:02:55","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T20:02:55","slug":"sweet-potatoes-pimenton-de-la-vera-y-ole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raicesdeibiza.com\/en\/sweet-potatoes-pimenton-de-la-vera-y-ole\/","title":{"rendered":"SWEET POTATOES &#8220;Piment\u00f3n de la Vera y Ol\u00e9&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"m_-4534734289869803018gmail-im\"><strong>Preparation: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking time: 40 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quantity 4 servings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (piment\u00f3n de la vera)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground chili<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 ripe avocados<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon (juice)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd scallion<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon tabasco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat the oven to 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl and add the paprika, ground chili, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper.
